At Doriaah, we are committed to delivering high-quality home décor products including mats, rugs, bedsheets, and cushions. Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure it meets our quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return and refund policy.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling by the customer
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@doriaah.com with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear images or videos of the product
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Refund Process
- After receiving the returned product, our team will conduct a quality check
- If approved, the refund will be initiated within 5-7 business days
- The amount will be credited back to the original payment method
Damaged / Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos for verification
- We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability
Shipping Charges for Returns
- In case of defective or incorrect products, return shipping will be borne by Doriaah
- For other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount
